Taking select clients.

You have infrastructure that costs too much, a pipeline nobody trusts, a platform that slows your team down, or a service nobody has written yet. I build and I fix, and I leave behind something your engineers can own.

01 What I help with

  • Cloud cost. Multi-account consolidation, right-sizing, spot and autoscaling, egress. I have cut AWS bills 30-50% without touching the product roadmap.
  • GitOps delivery. ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform. Declarative, drift-detected, no more deploys from someone’s laptop.
  • CI/CD that stops rotting. Reusable templates, automatic project detection, autoscaling runners. A pipeline is a product, not copy-pasted YAML.
  • Test infrastructure. Quality gates inside the pipeline, contract tests between services, suites that run in parallel instead of overnight.
  • Backend services. APIs, internal tools, data pipelines, CLIs, when what you need is software written rather than infrastructure fixed.

02 How I think

  • Cloud cost is an architecture problem. The bill is a symptom.
  • A pipeline is a product, and your engineers are its users.
  • Quality gates belong in the pipeline, not in a checklist after it.
  • If it is not in code, it does not exist.
  • Optimize for the team that maintains it after I leave.

03 How we can work together

  • Cloud cost audit. Two weeks, fixed scope. I map spend to architecture and hand you a prioritized list with effort and saving per item.
  • Project build. Four to eight weeks, fixed scope. Platform migration, GitOps rollout, CI/CD rebuild, or test infrastructure.
  • Ongoing ownership. Monthly retainer. I own platform and delivery so you do not need a full-time platform hire yet.

04 Process

Week 1I read your infrastructure, pipelines, and bills, and talk to your engineers.
Week 2Written assessment with tradeoffs, plus a proposal. You can stop here.
Weeks 3-8Implementation, in your repos, reviewed by your team.
AfterHandover docs and a working session. Retainer if you want continuity.

05 Not a fit if

  • You want someone to run a runbook rather than decide anything
  • The goal is a compliance badge rather than a working system
  • Cost cutting must not touch architecture
  • You need frontend or mobile work
